There are search lights and helicopters buzzing over my neighborhood and it is freaking my mom out, and I am getting a little creeped out. Does anyone know what is happening?

Have no idea. Was wondering the same thing. They circled our particular street about 15 times the other night. we figured they were searching for someone, but now it's happening again tonight.

You are a little to close to some of the high crime areas of town. Actually lots of criminals live there and do business along side some fine upstanding citizens. Different kind of crime though. Stay inside when helicopters are outside. They are not looking for the neighborhood criminals.
