It's about time cities step to the table to say good bye to the "illegal aliens".(this is politically correct) I commend cities like Irving, Farmers Branch and Carrollton that step up to protect the investments legal citizens have made there. I for one am sick and tired of paying taxes only to have a liberal left wing screw ball like Pelosi give it away without any accountability.

Please -- we need all the articles we can get on it. The American SHEEPLE need to hear it -- because half of them are asleep at the wheel while their country is being stolen out from under them.

God only knows our media won't highlight any of these stories, either. Thank God for Topix and the internet, or we'd all be in the dark on it.

Seven months after a historic and sustained boycott of Bank of America was launched by over 100 organizations fighting against illegal immigration, BofA profits are diving 32%, the bank is laying off 3,000 workers, and shaking up management.

"Bank of America disgraced themselves nationally this year when the news broke they were going to give credit cards to illegal aliens," says William Gheen of ALIPAC. "CEO Ken Lewis refused to apologize or cancel the program despite massive public backlash so we launched the boycott and tens of thousands of Americans, perhaps more, have canceled their Bank of America credit cards and moved their mortgages elsewhere."

Bank of America reports heavy losses in their credit card division after many Americans cut their cards up and mailed them back to Bofa.

Increase the momentum - get all on board ... Bravo to those who have the courage enough to do the right thing... even when it may seem tough. Next, we'll work on getting rid of a few constitution amendments that are no longer viable. The 19th caused this problem...

Panama Second citizenship program, Relocation, Residency in Panama, Business Visas

The migratory standards of the Republic of Panama allow the entrance and residence of citizens of any nationality subject to specific requirements according to the occupation or purpose of residence.

A foreigner has the option to obtain any of the Panama Immigrant Visa valid for a period of one to five years (according to the type of visa); afterwards he can obtain a Panama Permanent Residence.

For example, an Investor's Visa can be obtained after proving an investment of US$200,000.00 or more, or US$40,000.00 for Panama Forestry companies; likewise, there is the option of requesting an Annuitant Visa which allows the interested party and its family to obtain a Panamanian Passport.

Any foreign citizen who decides to come to Panama as a tourist or under a different status, or any company wishing to establish in this country having foreign personnel must have proper counseling in order to avoid procedures not in accordance with the parameters of the national migratory authorities.

Our legal advice is to seek a professional law firm who in a clearly and understanding manner establishes its options, time, complexities and total costs of the procedure.

Gerli & Co. offers its clients counseling executing in a professional manner all legal procedures that best adjusts to their migratory situation.

Hong Kong Company Formation

Hong Kong has been acknowledged for being one of the highest and most respected financial centres in the world. It ought to be considered as perhaps the world's busiest cities, terms of efficiency as a financial centre and as base for business transactions in both Asia and the Orient as in the entire world. Hong Kong is without doubt the leading Asian financial centre for both investment, finance and commercial activities as a whole. HK ranks perhaps as the world's third largest centre after New York, Tokyo and London. There are over 130 licensed banking institutions with over 119 foreign banks having representative offices in Hong Kong.

By any means is HK to be considered as an offshore country, but as a financial centre, however, it is one of the few countries in the world that apply the territoriality taxation principle. As Panama, HK doesnt levy corporate income tax on a different basis and they don’t tax the world-wide profits of a business, carried out from activities outside of the country.

Hong Kong profits from tax is only applied to profits derived from trading, activities or business carried on in Hong Kong. Likewise, this means that a company which carries business within Hong Kong, but derives profits from another place, is not required to pay tax in Hong Kong on such profits.

Source of the income ought to be considered is the place where the activities are performed. If such activities are performed in Hong Kong, the income has a source in Hong Kong. Therefore, if a Hong Kong company's trading or business activities are based outside Hong Kong, say in Panama, no income tax will be levied in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is not subject to review by the OECD. It is one of the only "offshore" banking jurisdictions which will not be subject to the new directive on withholding tax on savings accounts which will effect not only the EU.

Illegals going back to their home country.

The goods: cleaner places.

The bads: some prices will go up if jobs are taken by americans or legal residents.

The winners: american clerks whose pay may go up.

The loosers: middle and low class due to increase in grocery cost.

The worst: people who is leaving is people who used to work, the ones who stay are the ones who don't work and tend to get engaged in criminal acts.

Charged with molesting a 12-year-old girl, Juan Leonardo Qunitero had been deported back to Mexico in 1999 as an illegal alien. Nevertheless, last week, he was back in the U.S., living comfortably in a city that prohibited police from asking anyone about their immigration status.

Rodney Johnson was a 12-year veteran on the Houston police force. Married with five children, he was big, kind-hearted and unafraid of working the toughest gang beats or late-night shifts.

On Thursday, Sept. 21, around 5:30 p.m., he pulled over a white Ford pickup driving 50 mph in a 30 mph zone in what should have been a routine traffic stop. The driver, Quintero, had neither a driver's license nor any other identification so, after a pat down, Johnson handcuffed him and placed him in the back of his patrol car. But Johnson missed the gun in Quintero's waistband. The prisoner pulled it out and fired four times at Johnson at close range.

LAKE COUNTY, Fla.-- Five men, including four illegal immigrants have been caught after cops say they attacked a Lake County deputy. It happened on Long Acres Road in Sorrento, just off State Road 46, Sunday night.

McMennamy was punched above his right eye, hit with a beer bottle and even kicked in the jaw.

"While it was in progress, my worst fear was one of them having a weapon, a gun or a knife," he said.

Before they took his taser and bullets, McMennamy tried to radio for help, but it didn't get reception.

Amazingly, he used his cell phone to call while he fought away the attackers. The Lake County Sheriff's Office says their motivation was murder; they were trying to pull the gun from his holster.

"This is a bad situation that could have been worse," said Sgt. John Herrell, Lake County Sheriff's Office.

Hereford, AZ - Oct. 10 -- A young American was attacked by two illegal aliens in a school parking lot just north of the Mexican border Tuesday evening. Tyler Goodman had stopped at the school at 7:30 p.m. to get water for his overheating car when a Mexican knocked him to the ground and started choking him. Only the arrival a school janitor saved him from being killed. The Mexicans stole his car. It was later recovered when the Border Patrol stopped the Mexicans at a checkpoint.

The Basis of Law

It is illegal for anyone without a U.S. entry visa to cross the borders and enter this country. This is a federal crime. In some states along the border, it also a state crime. The second offense in federal law is a federal felony. Counterfeiting entry documents (visa, work permit -- the green card, or passport) is also a federal crime.

Being found illegally in the U.S. is a federal crime, punishable by deportation, however, fleeing from an arresting officer is flight from arrest which is yet another federal crime which is punishable by up to one year in a federal prison. Battery upon an arresting officer while fleeing from a federal official is an attack on a federal law enforcement officer, resisting federal arrest, interfering with a federal investigation all of which are felonies, and each are punishable up to three years in federal prison.

In the era 1953 to 1965 few illegal immigrants captured in flight from federal officers (INS/border patrol) were charged with flight, however nearly all were deported. In cases where the illegal fought with local or federal law enforcement, or resisting arrest, served time in jail before being deported.

Exceptions were those few (less than one tenth of 1%) who could convince the Federal Judge at a deportation hearing that they were fleeing conditions which would allow them to seek and be granted asylum in the U.S.

There are a number of visa types. A few examples are

student visa which allow aliens to enter for purposes of education -- until just recently, little was done in the way of checking student visa applications except for full time colleges and universities

work visas, visas granted to aliens sponsored by employer

medical visas allowing those seeking medical care to enter in order to receive critical medical treatment

Other visas are granted for tourism, or special envoy visas for those accompanying officials of the U.N. or embassies but who themselves do not have diplomatic immunity.
