I noticed this topic of Riggs have been going on for what 2 years or more? And the guy is still in business, TERRORIZING the people in TEXAS Legally.
I don't know the man, but know many more that sounds just like him that I have encountered with in the state.
The shameful part is we are fighting wars 1/2 way around the world. Fighting TERRORISM, and we have people 1/2 across the room being TERRORIZED and no one wants to do anything.

Did you know I was the one who brought Paula Zhan to Linden over the beating Of Billy Ray Johnson. I was also the one who met with Texas Monthly to help get that artical. I fought for that boy!
