It's so sad to see how much that place deteriorated. I grew up there in the '70s, when it was nice, clean, and the place to go shop. Now I wouldn't step foot on that filth-ridden hellhole.

do they have hollister store

Well in my opinion I think its a good place to shop in and I go there all the time and now they opened more stores and it really as bad as people say it is
First, learn to spell. Second, you are promoting that place because you are being paid to do so. The Red Bird, or Black Bird Mall is a dump. Period. They people that shopped there in the last twenty years made it what it is today. Those same people trash everything they can and where they live is a perfect example. Oak Cliff was once a beautiful place to live. Been there lately?

Do they have a place to take pictures with a friend there '? I need to knw ASAP please and how much
as of now they do not have a hollister store but they do have a place to take pictures

Well, I'm certainly not being paid, and I have to say this mall is not NEARLY as bad as people keep saying. and it would get even better if people would stop ragging on it all the time. What on earth are you people looking for, anyway? It's a mall pretty much like any other, and there are decent buys to be had here. Sure, I'd like to see the other stores filled, but I do see people shopping any time I'm here, and I've been able to find what I'm looking for a good bit of the time. So, instead of whining, how about supporting the place, to keep a good service nearer home?

I agree with the person who posted as Local Shopper from Duncanville. It is always easier to tear down rather than build up. Instead of taking the negative view ask yourself the question, what can I do to make my neighborhood businesses better and how can I help?
You will be surprised at the great answers you will get, then take positive action. |
Well the mall is not what it was 20 years ago but neither is Valley View. Even 20 years ago if you want a one of a kind item you need to shop at an upscale boutique. I feel safe when I go there. I appreciate people like you, you probably do a lot to make the neighborhood better. |

Great place to shop when I lived there

I went to the mall for the first time this weekend and I liked it. Not overly crowded which I truly liked the most.

My opinion is if your gonna waste time talking down on this so called shithole y dont use that time to do something about it...not only the shithole but the neighborhood as well ...thats y I cnt stand some of the ones who move out the inner city elements to the snobbish suburbs 'cedar hill 'with the little shops boutiques nice neighborhoods good schools ect. that oak cliff use to carry and think they have it all and look and talk down on the area and people.. what are u going to do when the suburb areas start to fall off "which is rapidly starting "and stores start moving even farther

Yes I have!I was actually raised here. 20yet old home from college. If the mall were so much a dump to u y aren't you doing anything about? You care about the community so much to talk about it right?? You said the people that shopped there for the past twenty yrs made it what it is today? I think if people get off there asses and at least develop the mall and the people in the community into a positive environment everything would be better. They're are not to many kindhearted people in the world though which is sad. O btw come up with a more original phrase than black bird mall. |

it's called the black bird mall hahaha go there and you will find out y lmbo!
I hate the fact that people say its a dump in stuff like that half of yall thats commenting aint wven been to redbird.... It is not that bad in there like people say it is...
thats when u r wrong its not even nasty in there.. Nd that statment "oak cliff was once a beautiful place to live" all parts of oak cliff isn't like the part by the mall... If u complaning so much do some about it then... |
