Floyd Landis is a self confessed doper. The END.

Other riders, nothing to do with these threads, deserve the benifit of the doubt.

Just ride your bikes, for health(dope free). You know this makes sense. I still do!!!!

Kindest regards to all. Raymond (aged 76)

Had a nice little ride this afternoon on my new bike AND the old one (which is also still new). It's cold and windy but I enjoyed the ride if only for the reason that I can still do it.

Kind regards to you, Raymond and Chris.

Hi Pieter, Nice comment, I do remember Cape Town/Port Elizebeth/East london/Durban in the 1960,s in July/August, it was COLD. Anyway, warm in SA means cold in France. Regards

Chris, 72.

It's a beautiful day, cold but sunny with no wind. I'm going for a looooong ride now. It's registration time again for next years Argus, 109km road race, biggets in the world. Even Lance was here this year!

Yes a great summer here in Europe, even England has had sun, sun, sun. Not all of the UK unfortunately, not so good it seems in Scotland.
I was out picking Blackberries from the hedgerows today, very tasty, then off to do some COOKING with 3 friends, we did a Lasagne – Onions, garlic, prime beef, mushrooms, tomatoes, beef stock and lasagne Verdi
This with a cheese sauce
For desert we did – Roasted Nectarines with Ginger and brown sugar.
We all sat down then and had a feast; it was excellent I am PROUD to say
Yes Ray, a great TDF. Now nothing to write about except complaining like grumpy old men
Good riding Raymond

Could not ride my bike this weekend, cold, windy, raining. I'm entered for another mtb event on 11th of September and I need the training badly.

This event is called the Staal Water Uitdaag (Steel Water Challenge). The venue is at a hot water spa and casino and all riders can enter for free after the race. I will skip the casino but definately go for a dip in them nice hot water.

This was posted at 1.30am after I've taken a pill to help me sleep. I was a bit "drugged" and that's why I made even more spelling errors than usual. Please forgive me.

Hello Zen, no it's a cheap Bell but I'm so fond of it, won't change it until it falls apart. It's the helmet I used when I did my first mtb race and nearly died because I was so unfit.

Take care!

Right now you're interested in philosophical, spiritual and religious topics, and hope that they'll help you get more meaning out of life and they'll reveal why you're experiencing your current problems.
