Raymond wrote: <quoted text> Hi TBV, As I have said, several times over the past weeks and recently on other threads. Landis and his advisers have this information. However they choose to withold it from the the public. For what purpose? Unless Landis and his advisers are still constructing a defence, just why? Hi Raymond I believe the smartest strategy for Landis would be to present his defense before a Public Review Board....and to refrain from saying any more to the press...he has said too much already, as for example, his " Jack Daniels " comment......... I noticed in the statement from his lawyer on 9/11 ( see the Landis website ) that they are claiming that the information they have received is incomplete. I suspect Jacobs is right...and we, the public, certainly have not received much from WADA/UCI. Just as one example, what were the actual numbers from the T/E test? What was T and what was E ??????? I agree with TBV that we should just be patient until more actual facts are made public. ---Salem, Oregon---

The Floyd Landis legal team had announced that Floyd had requested a public hearing. This will be a first time situation since the rules were changed from being a closed door hearing in the past. Hopefully we'll all be able to learn from this and see what happens. Since it has been reported that the "B" Sample was not assigned to Floyd Landis, hopefully we'll find out the truth to this event.
It's been said by some that those who are questioning the WADA and UCI are all Floyd Landis fans. But, if you take the time to read the threads within the various forums on this web page along with other various discussion forums like those at Velo News, Pro Cycling News, etc, you'll find that is quite incorrect.
Many of these writers are actual fans of Ivan Basso, Jan Ullrich and other foreign or European cyclists. They are just questioning this process and system, as many of them are explaining that they are not convinced that everything is being above board.
Some have stated that this situation is an American vs France situation. But, we have seen researchers from all over the world questioning and also critising the French lab in question. So, I think that removes this from being an American vs French situation.
The rules set out by WADA established that the testing lab has to only provide the Negative or Positive result from the tested sample. They are not required to provide the step by step process involved nor the environmental atmoshpere involved here.(Plaese excuse when words fail me here). But, this is one of the criticisms that the researchers have brought up as they have reported that various differences in the testing process provides different results.

Go check out the documents on Floyd's website. I have attached the summary that was prepared by a doctor here. You will hit some sections you will have to read a couple of times, but it is incredible. I do not see how Floyd can lose if this summary is factual, and I think it is. If all this is true he needs to file a $100 million lawsuit against a bunch of people. Attached Files Floyd Landis SS_final.pdf (823.1 KB, 0 views)

I just found the above from another forum. The Power Point presentation there is quite interesting.
