Is the public aware that there is currently pending a warrant out for Floyds arrest in France for computer hacking into the National Anti-doping Laboratory in France?
What about his blackmail attempt at Greg LeMond the night before Greg testified in his doping trial?
He is a liar and a cheat and should leave this sport.

I'm all done with pro road racers. LeMond, apparently, was a clean rider but the others? Far too many have shown themselves to be dopers for me to spend any time watching LeTour, etc.
Armstrong is a question mark. He is the most drug-tested athlete ever in any sport and has never been caught. Is he just one step ahead of the testers or is he indeed clean?
I do admire his ability to give the French "one in the eye," as they absolutely can't stand it that it's been years since a French rider won LeTour.

Way to go Floyd.

If Armstrong is a 'question mark', why don't you consider LeMond to be a 'question mark' also? Your post reads like everyone but LeMond were dopers. If anything, the 'most tested athlete' should get more of the benefit of the doubt. One would think that after all of the years that Lance has been cylcing and with all the Lance/USA haters out there and all the money they would get from narcing on him, someone would have by now provided legitimate proof that he was a doper.

Never enough

Then you should be "all done" with baseball, football, NBA, you name it. There are athletes in all of those sports and more using performance enhancing drugs because they work and there are millions of dollars on the line. Major U.S. sports have tried to ignore it and that strategy has mostly worked. If they test seriously, they'll find plenty of cheaters.

You are of course right. However his supporters prefere not to be reminded of facts such as this.

Many cyclists have disgraced our sport. I cannot recall a more blatant case than this. For a pro-cyclist to cheat it cannot be called anything else but THEFT! What a disgracefull role model for young riders!

To extrapulate. In my heyday of pro-cycling, I never won a race! Perhaps I did not have the ability or did not train enough? Whatever! I never even considered CHEATING. I have always considered cycling as a SPORT!!!!! Raymond aged 75

Before anyone goes off spouting about cheating (Pro/Con), lets remember that there are very few innocent countries out there today.

Here are the serious offenders in the sport of cycling:

1. Spain----------51
2. Italy----------48
3. France----------43
4. Belgium---------33
5. United States---27
6. Germany---------23
7. Netherlans------21
8. Denmark---------18
9. Portugal--------13
10. United Kingdom-13
11. Switzerland----11
12. Poland---------10

Also realize that no one has really addressed the the problem of doping and cheating in sports or cycling today!

Cheers All

It's ironic that Floyd would be better off if he had accepted defeat in the TdF06, came in 2nd and continued his cycling career on the up and up instead of getting sidetracked in legal nonsense, hacking etc. It's a good lesson for the kids, be honest and play fair, if your only goal is winning you can lose everything.
Landis' sad story has yet to be played out,but I think we all know he is a nowhere man going nowhere. He would be better off if he stopped playing games picked up a trade and went to work, but he continues to pretend that he's still a winner despite being just a mediocre rider now. His story just continues to repeat itself. A shame.

Did everyone hear that? That's right, that was the sound of silence.

Where are you at Raymond, buddy? MOEP's post must have you hiding under your bed. What about Hinault's comments regarding French cyclists doping and their work ethics? Come on out and play Raymond. Crow doesn't taste so good and the feathers will fall off your face one day.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Libra

Don't put yourself through anything that isn't absolutely necessary, Libra. After all, why cook when others will gladly serve you at their house, or treat you to a wonderful meal at your favourite restaurant? Even when you assert yourself, there seems to be a wonderfully passive quality to your manner. Now that the universe has finally decided to give you some of what you want, make sure your wish list is short and don't be greedy.
