A persons life should NOT be ruined cause he slept w/ a tramp! The "public" should be alot more concerned w/ the crooks at the capitol am I right? Its a waste of the cities time and resources along w/ smearing a persons life forever for what shouldnt even be a crime.

David Cress if you are reading this take your money and leave town and head to Pattaya Thailand, you can stay there and live out your life in a fantasy land where no one will look twice at you for your indiscretions. you can arrange your early retirement, do visa border runs and buy a nice condo and forget about this mess here.
