Presumably, the young fellow was just doing some undercover to see how the health care system was delivering care.

I know this opinion isnt popular but there is a constitution to uphold even if this weirdo had to break the law get sex. Public humiliation such as this story and posting their pics on a PERMANENT website IS the definition of "cruel and unusual punishment" and for a crime that's NOT even a felony! Why any lawyer cant carve right through this one is beyond me. This guy should be able to sue the pants off of KMSP, the PP and whatever site for this.

How about the whole list of names. Shouldn't the readers decide who is the celebrity perps? Everyone arrested should have the chance to have their lives trashed by the PP.

I used to work at this hospital and heard rumors of this going on for years. Finally he was busted. Couldn't have happened to a bigger jerk. Now they only have a few more managers there that need to go and maybe things will get back to the prestigious days of years ago.

Prostitution (and marijuana) are a complete WASTE OF OUR TAX DOLLARS in fighting crime.

***** We have far bigger CRIMINAL issues to tackle than voluntary prostitution and marijuana use.*****

So whats your point? what is he one of your relative? so sorry, all criminals live with perpetual punishment once they are in the system, even after they complete the court ordered sentence, why should he be any different.

We need uniform laws across the nation.
1. this act is legal in Nevada.
2. Marijuana is nearly legal in parts of Calif.

So this guy with money might be someplace one day and another and not know the law.

Also, we could be taxing this service. Might even balance the budget.

I often agree with you, friend, but not on this one.

HE destroyed his own life, the SPPP just chronicled that flame-out.

Now, if this was a story about gay sex, then Rubin Rosario would be doing a full page article on how we should be more accepting and tolerant of this sort of thing.

Yikes!

The Pioneer Press had nothing to do with destroying this guy’s life…….he destroyed it just fine all on his own.

Way to ruin your whole life. I hope he thinks it was worth it. Should have purchased a video or magazine. It would have been a lot cheaper.

The point is it is cruel and unusual punishment to smear peoples names through the mud in the newspapers and post mugshots of NON felons on the state website. Its a ridiculous waste of the cities time and resources and really only makes the newspaper look like a piece of tabloid Jerry Springer trash.

Furthermore, many believe the government should NOT have ANY involvement in it's citizens sex lives including marriages!

No I do not know the guy.

Well, too bad - if you don't want your mugshot published in a public record for soliciting - then don't do it. Cruel and unusual? not really. Self Inflicted punishment. Yes - whether it is a felony or not. He broke the law - and now the public has a right to know about it.

Well we will have to agree to disagree. The guy slept w/ a tramp thats all! I SHOULDNT CARE! I DO NOT NEED TO KNOW THIS! Miss your Jerry Springer show today NICE?

A persons life should NOT be ruined cause he slept w/ a tramp! The "public" should be alot more concerned w/ the crooks at the capitol am I right? Its a waste of the cities time and resources along w/ smearing a persons life forever for what shouldnt even be a crime.
