This guy is a dick!!! He will rip you off as soon as you walk in the door! The shop is a mess and never has anything new. He will hit on you wife and hate on you when you leave after you have been rip off! NEVER GO THERE IF YOU LOVE CYCLING!!!

Patrick has been an icon in cycling for years. He is loved by many, and works hard to try please everybody. Give him a chance to work with you and try out some amazing bikes, he's one of a kind and you'll leave feeling refreshed that this is NOT A CHAIN STORE where they HAVE TO SELL YOU SOMETHING and then some.

Don't listen to what others have to say on this site, vindictiveness runs deep in cycling. Jealousy, and egos fuelled by years of racing against each other! Like any sport and business, there is always someone out to try pull you down.

I don't know what this guy's problem is...Patrick is nice to everyone, loves cycling, and gives of himself more than anyone in the bike biz I've ever met! If Patrick was nicer to this guy's wife than he is and she got pissed at him for not being as nice as Patrick...well, he's got more problems than Patrick has keeping the latest goods in stock! Dude, instead of posting a rant...why not just call Patrick and address your concerns? My experience is that Patrick always bends over backwards to make his customers happy! On second thought, he's probably better off not pandering to someone like this guy anyway!

Wow, I am ashamed someone would speak about me like this in a public forum...especially without talking over their greivence with me first! Just today, after loaning my personal skin-suit to a rider in from out of state participating in the National Championships (meeting him at 8am) and then setting up 7 riders with 'host housing' who came from far away, a friend calls to tell me he read these posts!@ Wow! I think I have 7 guys here racing Nationals, and another who I loaned my own racing suit, who would beg to differ with who ever this guy is who doesn't even use his real name! Is his problem that I "don't stock the latest" or that he feels ripped off because I charge a profit (business) for what he wants but can't afford? Or is it that his wife appreciated the way I treated her and that pissed him off?! Whatever....the fact he didn't talk to me about his concerns or use his real name, and that this all comes down on the day I did some really good deeds for the greater good in cycling, I know this will be reciprocated by the 'wheels' of justice put in place by the inertia of the universe! So to you, who called me a dick but didn't have the balls to use your real name or to speak to me personally of your ill-tempered thoughts, you know where I am and you know my phone number...lets see if you've got the balls to follow up on calling me a dick! And for my friends who have defended me in this forum, thank you...now the question is, do I throw fuel on the fire, flush out this puss (eg not a dick...no balls!) and send this to everyone I know or just let by-gones be by-gones knowing that no one really reads this blog?!
