It's 3 to 15 and the judge even said that Brian handed Rickey Ratel the gun and said "SHOOT HIM". Of course we know that the important people get the trials. The horrible part is Ginny Conley didn't have the time for the trial or the city of Parkersburg didn't have the money. All the people who cared about Eric and loved him got screwed. Anyone in their right mind who might have set on that jury would have given all those murderous boys more time. On that note, I would like to thank Judge Waters for the justice we did recieve- it was not enough, but his hands were tied. I know that if something this terrible would have happened to anyone the prosecuting attornies would have cared about-they would have had a trial. I was not impressed with Ginny!!!!! Go home and change some more diapers. THERE WILL BE MORE PEOPLE DEAD BEFORE THIS IS OVER. THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THE STREETS OF PARKERSBURG SAFE!!!!!

Which part of your past Brian? Was it the part were you forgot to get a job or was it the part were you did drugs in front of your children or was it the part were you drug ERIC DUNN out of a sound sleep and tried to kick his ass( with the help of a few other guys) or was it when you sold cocaine to minors or was it the part of your life when you murdered ERIC DUNN or was it when you just decided recently to not succumb to drug testing. But you think Brian Lee that you can just bring a minister to the trial and everyone is going to think you are okay!!!! I don't know if guys like you make it to heaven, but I know Eric is there!!!!! I hope he gets to watch over your ass---------in prison. BRIAN LEE you are a worthless thug!!!!! As for everyone else thinking we should just get on with our lives. It's hard and we may never get over Eric getting murdered! It hard to think we live in a society were someone can get more time for smoking marijauna or writing a bad check than Brian Lee got for cold-blooded murder! Rest in peace Eric! We will be your voice!

to the telemarketer you probably don't even know whats going on with this.You just need to keep your mouth shut cause you don't even really know him or even if you had meet our hung out with him it probably wasn't even long enough to begin to know what he was about. Visiting this site, the first post is Oct 14, 2007 and the latest one is Nov 10, 2008. Over a year has passed, I hope that the families involved can move on from this and concentrate on the present and the future. God Bless.
