WOW, Willacy County is ripe with corruption. The prisons are investment darlings for Chenny. The Sherrif was indicted for drug running. The Judges are corrupt, and the prison just lost a 48 million dollar law suit.

finally found someone who i can agree with,there's more corruption in the court system,by judges, lawyer's etc,etc,their the ones who should be locked up,but unfortunately sooner or later they'll be back at work,putting innocent people in prison
