Why?- Is it a normal procedure to not issue arrest warrents for people under indictment?

A waste of time, Bush will pardon them before he leaves office. I know Clinton did the same and I'm not criticizing it's just the fact.

Let me explain something very simple. This county states attorney is a democrat (notice how I use low case because he and his office do not deserve any respect) and just threw their names into the indictiment because they are public officials and are at the top tier of the Federal Prison System. It is like in a civil case where an attorney will name a thousand people as the defendant to get access to money that one of the thousand have. Same old political BS story. Want to bet it goes no where? Sorry to disappoint you Bush and Cheney haters.

What a waste of taxpayer $$$! That low-life state's attorney should be charged with submitting a frivolous lawsuit and abusing his position!

Agreed; This is why Bush and Chaney should be tried together.

When Guantanamo closes I'm hoping we send all the innocent people we were holding there to your Country.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Taurus

This is another day in which you should be monitoring the progress you've made so far with the festivities and deciding what has still to be done. You're operating very efficiently right now but you'll be even more effective if you can plan your time carefully, write lists of what you must buy or make, and be realistic about your capabilities. But don't expect to work miracles.
