According to Penn Power's website, 8,896 customers in Butler County and 6,468 in Cambria County are without power.

With an entire county without electricity, how do they get that on? I imagine that individual electrical contractors can't help much on that wide of a scale. How do they fix the over all power problems? http://www.newwestelectricltd.com/en/services...
