Home seller charged with theft by deception

A Donegal Township man has been charged with theft for allegedly covering up a defective, leaking basement in a Hempfield home before selling the house in June to an area couple. via Pittsburg Tribune

I think what he did is terrible. Oh yeah, the article faile dto mention the couple is expecting a baby Oct 2007 and the estimates are over $70,000. The "wet room" is infested with TOXIC black mold!!
