Lawyers For Bridge Execs Challenge Judge's Order

Earlier this month, Wayne County Judge Prentis Edwards ruled that bridge owner Manuel "Matty" Moroun and Bridge President Dan Stamper should be locked up for as long as it takes to fix the roads at the base of the bridge.

I think federal jurisdiction should be relevant here. This man is not a criminal! If you r going to lock an old man up, lock up my 82 year old uncle for grabbing my crotch repeatedly in '70s in taylor mich. When i was youngster.Or let a jury decide about Mr. Moroun. Why r u trying to humiliate him? This is example of going over the edge. A jury could decide after looking at evidence of non-member compliance.
