You can count out Connersville- "Since we are an all-natural company, we expect the same from our employees. Therefore, Really Cool Foods is a drug-free company." Oh well maybe the next company.

I worked there since march 2009. I was hired through manpower in richmond as a temporary. After 90 days I was offered a full time position with the company. I worked 8-16 hr days. I worked 27 days in a row once without a day off. I only missed 1 snow day the entire time. The work was not always easy. I cleaned the dish room. This was my l;ast job while i was there. The last 2 months I was there I noticed alot of hispanics that had been hired. I have nothing against them if they are legal and they work. Then I noticed many were getting laid off that were temps. Then last week I came to work and 5 hrs after i was there our supervisor walked up to me with a long list of names and told me I was laid off indefinitely. No reason why...the other names were notified too. Now they are hiring hundreds of new applicants?!! This makes no sense. If there are people already working for the company and they do the job and dont miss...why are they letting us go??!! This place is probably the most mismanaged plac e I have EVER worked at. With no jobs available around here its hard to turn down the offer....but my advice is to stay away. They will use you until they dont want to pay you or give you insurance then they will just let you go...peop[le need to protest this kind of business practice. While I was employed the head supervisor was escorted out of the building by security and fired for breaking labor laws...he isnt the only one that needs fired.....Dont apply there...its hard work and they make you feel like you are not worth anything, even when you give 100%.

Someone needs to stop that from happening. I am so sorry for you. Have you found a new job?
