courts unfair with childsupport

why is it ok for a mother to quit her job, but when dad gets sick and cant pay child support he goes to jail?? and why is it ok for dad to be allowed to be a every other weekend father only, not by his choice. the judges in washington county are wrong, Why should tax payer's have to pay for someone to be in jail that are just to poor to support even their self. the system needs to change . how many of those inmates in washington county jail , is for child support that they cant afford to pay?

The Nationwide State and Federal child support industry operates as a racketeer influenced corrupt organization and is against The United States Constitution. Furthermore, rarely ever does it serve the best interest of the children involved.

i am currently on child support by a mother that not only refuses to let me see my child but she also keeps the child from my family. i have been there since day one but when she goes to the courts and gives her side, i am your typical dead beat father. where is the justice in the justice department?? how is it that a woman can go to a court or dhr and give only her side and that is that?? there are a lot...a LOT of men that are suffering trying to move on from a woman that they no longer want to be wit but have to suffer and struggle because they have a child with the woman. i love my daughter more than life itself. nothing will ever change that. but why should it be considered by a court that if i don't pay x amount of dollars then im not a good father. when i was put on child support i was a full time student at a very expensive university, workin a part time job, being supported/helped out by my own parents just to pay bills and get hit with paying 400 a month. all the while the mother got to live rent free, just bought a new car, did whatever she wanted to do with what little money i could give and all she and the courts wanted was more money. not only that but she kept my child from me. i would have to beg to see my baby, ask her for permission to see the child. everything i gave was not enough. how do you pay that much making minimum wage, paid biweekly, as a full time student. then when i go in from of the courts there responce to me was "well...you dont wanna have to go to school during the week and be in jail on the weekends do you??" where is the justice. my point is this..how do you provide for someone else when all the odds are stacked against you and we live under a system that expects us to be fathers but makes us fathers from behind bars. how is it that we can feel like the system is fair yet some mothers, not all, but a majority, puts good men on CS simply because the man no longer want to be with her.(not that he doesn't want to have anything to do with the child. those me should pay twice as much) not because he doesn't want to be with the child..just not the mother. and because the system is set up for a man to basically fail, she can get away with all the lies, manipulation and wrongdoing she wants with out ANY consequences. its just not fair and more over....it not right. why should i believe in a justice system that wont even hear my plea. yes there are dead beats out there and this does not apply to them. but to the fathers..the real men that step up and try. the ones that try to make the best of a bad situation and step up and be a parent. what do we do. like the saying goes, "just because you make a child doesnt make you a father." the same should be stated for the mother that just because you have a baby doesnt make you a good mother. and thats just being real!! is there not a way to look at not only who can provide financially for the child but also who can raise the child up to be a positive model citizen. not being taught that if you scheme your way you can get what you want by being unjust and lie and canive your way. in my eyes, if i had a million dollars a day that would not be enough for my child. but like most dads, we want to be more than just a wallet to and for our kids. the courts dont see or dont want that. just pay the money to the mother, let her get her nails and hair done and the government will raise you child cause the mother is on welfare or government support anyway. lets see a change. whats right is right!!

I have joint custady of mt son, fisacal and legal. I have him 50% of the time and she can claim to be a stay home mom when she works for her husband and there is no way to prove it , but they will not use his income that is a conflict of interest . she should not be allowed to work for someone (like her husband where they can hide income) I all so pay child support ,pay for half school supplies,half dr bills and i have to suply clothes at my house and shoes.I am doing my 50% why is she not and why does the law permit this.
