know of a case, Cys told the drug addict not to be alone with the kids without someone over 21. Did anyone check to see if they complied NO. hey even if they did nothing would have been done.

If you know of children being abused and your family go to court. Find someway of helping these kids. CYS is not the answer

I really would like to know what more is a person to do? My voice would not be heard and I was shown that CYS is the higher God. Nothing you say or do even matters. I went to every one of my nieces court hearings and could not be heard. I hired an attorney to review the situation and cost me 2,500 dollars to still not have my voice heard. I sent letters, called everyone I could and still no response. My great niece still resides in foster care after two years, she was taken at 11 days old. Her other siblings have been returned home because they were "not marketable" per CYS manager. I continue to try to get my niece and have been humiliated by CYS to no end. I consider myself to be a good parent and have raised all my children with very good results. I will never forget the pastor who was the caseworker on call the night she was taken who LIED about me and stated I could not take her because I had a court record nine pages long given to him by 911. When I contacted 911 and explained what was told to him, they in turn contacted him and explained that this was not true. I saved the message he left me stating "there was a misunderstanding" and he would ask his supervisor tomorrow if he could clear this up and release the baby to me, but she would be placed in the care of CYS for the night. Nobody was available to speak to me until the hearing. At the first hearting, they claimed the baby had a medical condition that the baby needed to be in that particular foster home because that parent had a medical degree to keep the child, it did not matter that I do too!!! I went to her doctors appointment where that was found to be an untrue statement. Their excuses since then at every hearing has been that their goal is to return the baby home to me and they don't want to include me into their goal.

cont'd... This was two years ago. We have had many hearing since then and they still won't let a family member take her. The foster family is now attached to this baby and CYS has made several attempts to make this an adoption. Her mom will not let go and has just regained the custody of two of her children, but still fighting for the third. My niece has been through several caseworkers, and finally has gotten one that is actually fighting for her to regain the baby back. How can you be fit to raise your own children and not a relative? How can you be a fit parent to only regain custody of a couple of your children and not all of them? Oh, I fogot - the other children were older and they weren't "marketable". This was said in front of the public defender (who defends or maybe don't defend my niece) who has done not a thing to change it. CYS is in control and who knows why??? The attorney I hired exhausted all of my money by going to all of the "continuances" CYS recommended. Why do we pay for their mistakes? It shouldn't take your money to fight these people. When you give birth to a baby, that baby is a product of YOU, not CYS. Everyone makes mistakes in their life, none of us were made perfect. The children that do need their help and their services never qualify. Remember that poor case of Tasha? When my niece did need their help, they were no where to be found. CYS has helped me in the past with my children and they do have a couple good people still left, I really feel they need to weed them out and reform their systems and qualifications... I could go on and on about these guys, just found this site browsing through the web. If anyone knows of help for my niece, please post it here as she continues to fight, I won't let her give up!

I had my son taken away from me &my wife approx. 2 years ago by cys. My wife was diagnosed with depression which is under control with the help of doctors and meds. I have complied with all of cys's orders for counseling and parenting classes. Every time they say they are going to close the case and bring him back somebody calls with new allegations which are proved to be unfounded by cys. Does anybody know who can help me I've been in court now for 2 years

OK People go to the AFRA web site Join AFRA and get ready . there on the web site you will find info an a Class Action Lawsuit and we are not just talking about Pennsylvania but All States they are planning a March On DC. from what i read they have 11 busses going we are going we plan to get our son's Picture on Posters and be right in the heart of the march it said they were going to march at the Congress and White House we should get some media there anyone that wants to join in join American family Rights Assoc. they are on the web this is to be the biggest march ever. CYS can't stop you from doing the march and we need some people from Pennsylvania to stand up for our Children here that is why iam going they may have my son but when we win the Fed Lawsuit we will see who is right . Stand up for Washington Pennsylvania Children that don't ever know about their rights CYS won't tell them their attorney that is suppose to be looking out for the best interest of the Child only they don't care about you or your children .they want the money that our children give them .For my son Keith if anyone knows him tell him Mom And Dad will not give up till he is home safe.we love our son and want him home . remember What happenned in Germany Is now happing right here CYS takes our Children and Never gives them back but never give up on your Children fight . Reliant , second case involving William Molinaro was in the paper also believe it was a Sunday edition. Both these cases are not helping , Mr. Goodman was already in jail on other charges before this. People like these 2 are why we have CYS. Letting politics run CYS is why it is screwed up.
Make your vote and Voice count. Especially at the local level. Demand representation for the taxes you pay.

poppy..i was not aware the papers listed the 2nd threat so where did you get that info.as far as threats don't help...no they don't but i believe you can only push a normal person so far before they snap...especially when it comes to your children.It is human and animal instinct to attack when your children are attacked.

Washington County seems to have a real problem with women who take depression medication. That would be 10% of the population, I believe. So, ten percent of mothers should lose their children to CYF over what, depresssion? What is next, diabetics? PMS? Cancer treatments? Never mind that the attorneys are taking Celexa and one of the judges is reportedly bi-polar according to the attorney who is taking the Celexa but taking our kids for depression medications?

They listed the threat just not the name. Sounds like alot of people covering up things in Washington County not just CYS & DA. Normal person that's a laugh when you describe this guy. If it's human to attack when you children are why didn't he threaten his old man "The violate sex offender".This is just another tradedy in Marianna waiting to happen.

See there are alot of people out there who base judgements on rumors.Here is what is wrong with Washington County...the people who feel they have a right to judge others without proof of anything...a whole bunch of he/she said crap.

It isn't a rumor he threatened a Cys worker or that his daddy molested your daughter. They both plead guilty and that is public record. He must have forgiven his daddy for that molestation thing, sees him alot and it's not at the jailhouse on visiting day. They both should have been locked up years ago. How can you women defend men like this then wonder why your children are taken. NOW THAT IS CRAP.

Yes some of it is rumor.He never threatened a caseworker and that is not in public record,that was a misprint in the paper and was asked to be retracted.I have court records to prove that fact.Nobody has anything to do with that pervert except his other children.How can he visit him when he has no way to get there?And they should have both been locked up...yes that pervert should have been but blame that on washington county,but what should young bill have been locked up for?Again you are basing things on rumors not facts.I only defend the truth and I will speak out if what is printed on here is not the truth.

What is public record is his dockets. Threats, engaged in fighting, harassment, and violations of PFAs. Yes the paper does make mistakes. Was the paper ask to retract the article where he made threats against his wife, but they gave the name Michael Molinaro instead of William.

Young Bill should have been locked up for abuse on his children and assault with a deadly weapon on his wife's daughter. He and his family knew that the older William was a pervert yet they allowed their children to be around him and even spend the night alone with him. He is a drug user and we see the news everyday how far these people will go to continue their lifestyle.This acorn doesn't fall too far from the tree. This is why we need CYS to protect children from horrible abuse when their parents won't.

All I have to say is you still have no idea on half of what you speak.You are going by what others tell you snd not first hand info.Engaged in fighting charge ..thats a new one.Are you sure you don't work for CYS..cause they like to make shit up too....assault with a deadly weapon...you don't even know what happened.His children are not abused children...funny their family doctor even says that.WAS a drug user and some people do change.and you dont even know what the violations of the pfas came from or any of the other info that pertains to the so called records.

What he uses for transportation, the Nisson, or mama's car. He is a mama's boy at 40 something. Splits his time between his mama and his wife. Can't keep a job, still not working is he? Seen how this boy goes off on his mama and others. If you want to see how a man will treat you look at how he treats his mama.Ladies are men like this really worth the pain you cause your children. No poppy,I'm not either,I'm a very close friend of the family.Just for fact he doesn't have a nissan or a wife!Another fact CYS does pick on innocent people...if they didn't I guess there wouldn't be this site for CYS corruption huh?If you honestly believe that then you are the one with the wool over there eyes.
I have to wonder what kind of life you have that you seem to be in somebody else's business a little too much.Also I have to wonder how you supposibly have access to court records...you have to pay for them so I wonder why you would be paying for somebodies court records that have nothing to do with you.That sounds a little bizarre to me.I have seen the court records and have been to most court hearings,so I can tell you most of what you print is rumor...how many hearings have you been at?
