I think if it is used wisely it would be a good thing for the police dept. I dont know what their pay per hour is but I am sure it should be more.

the city would be foolish to use grant money to raise pay. after the grant runs dry they'd have to then cut salaries or positions. not a good thing.

most of these grants have to be used for things and not people.

They should use it to hire some police officers. Not these little boys with attitude problems and a score to settle.

that makes sinse. I just think they do deserve more for what they do. after all they put their life on the line everyday. I do respect the Police force. maybe not all the policemen. but I have met a few that were professional.
