Coach arrested in child porn bust

isn`t this just great?
another person that is to set good examples for our young men and women gets caught being a child predator makes me sick. his bond should have been set higher than 15,000. sick SOB

His porno problems are old news. It was known before he was hired. Thank you school board! It was why he was run out of Collin County, and school administration knew it. They are all sick SOB's.

why is this town goin to shhhhhh. so sad it used to be not like this....

how much does the job pay, i may know someone who would be interested in filling this vacancy.

I'd like to know more about what jobs are available out there myself.

I go to Monahans High School..Coach Parker is one of my softball coaches...none of yall can judge him on who he is or what he has done..hes only human..EVERYONE makes mistakes...i dont care what he has done..he is still a dang good coach and one of my favorite coaches...people can judge him for it and think its ok..but when they do something wrong and somebody judges them...they dont think its ok..everybody makes mistakes..were only human..you can also say what you want about me..it doesnt matter..Thank you..Kenda

sry kenda, but soliciting a minor online and child pornography ties are not mistakes, mistakes are non-intentional, coach Parker did seem like a good guy but the truth is that no good 37 year old man would ever have anything to do with a 16 yr old girl, I know we all though coach Parker was cool, hell I had him as a teacher all last year, but the fact is what he did was sick and wrong, no mistakes there, I can't even imagine what his family is going through but my heart goes out to them

Once a child predator always one! Many school districts do NOT want to be held accountable for their teachers actions. Why??? LAWSUITS, MONEY AND POLITICS!! So when they are dismissed, fired whatever you want to call it, they leave with a "clean" record. Unless they are caught by police, nothing is ever done. Beware parents. There is more out there that you know of. Sometimes they are just moved around from compass to campass for their behavior, not FIRED because of ties to the school and the "good ole boy system". It's not what you know, it's who you know. Sad but true.
When you rub elbows with board members and their your boss, not a good thing. Too much conflict of interest going on here. Always has been and always will. And the only people getting hurt here are our children!

As a licensed principal, I can tell you that the school board in Collin County can be held legally liable IF they knew this coach had these issues there and they said nothing. They are required by law to do so.

You're missing the point. Who's gonna tell? If someone is told of such behavior. It will be kept very quiet so matter how much you speak up. No one wants to come out stinking or making the community lose it's "reputation".

How can he face his family knowing he is as awful as those child molesters that live in that compound in Eldorado,and the rest of the flds groups

serial killers can be some of the most charming, charasmatic people you could ever meet kenda but they KNOW that killing is wrong, it's that they CHOOSE to do it. your coach KNEW it was wrong, had done it before and did it AGAIN. a mistake is not soliciting a minor online or having pornographic material. obviously this guy has impulse control problems along with his pedophelia and something tells me he's been doing this a lonnnnng time. what people don't realize is that most people 99.999%- have a face that they show to those they work with, go to school with, go to church with, etc and they all have a different "private" face. i feel there are alot more out there like this coach, the only difference is, they just haven't been caught yet!

i failed to add that child molestors cannot be rehabilitated, it's been proven over and over and over again. just ask those that became the victim of a supposed "rehabilitated" sex offender after they were released from prison. i personally know two people that were victims.

child molestors in my opinion should either be a. executed or b. sent to a remote island to live with other child molestors similar to how they treated people with leprosy in biblical times. sure would keep them out of our society.

I did not miss the point. Since the former school district FAILED to follow the LAW, they are NOW legally liable. Because school districts ARE held liable, most do report LEMONS. To fail to disclose behavior such as has major consequences for the former district. That's why most districts now follow the law.

I did not say that it happens in my area. I merely told you what the law is. In my area, WE follow the law.

Kenda, that you are so in his favor only means that he did what he and all predators do best. Deceive! I am quite sure that he made you feel special and attended to. He probably listened and was sensitive to your teenage needs. The only mistake that he made was getting caught, evidently more than once. There is nothing more dispicable than one that preys on children. What he did is against the law! He has no right to ever be around children again. How sad that these kind of people are so good at what they do that their very victims will defend them.

This type of activity is going on all over the place. Schools really don't care what kind of people they hire. And the bad ones rarely pay for there crimes. It is a sign of the times in which we live and time is the last days. America will soon fall due to it's ungodly standards, unless we all repent and turn from our wicked ways. Time is growing short.
