It's about time. We need to know where the predators live, but we also need to allow them to work, live, etc. Otherwise they will sleep on our streets, under our bridges, how safe is that? The laws as they stand now do not reflect the laws made by sensible people but rather laws made of draconian society whereby the offender must pay , and pay and pay. shouldn't we be looking for a way to bring allow offenders to redeem themselves? I had to get religious cause I am not but for all the religious people who go to church every Sunday and preach of redemption, just when and for whom was this intended? Only for yourselves??
