Let's break this down folks.

1) Concensual sex is a pleasureable "feel-good" experience.

2) Performed safely, and in a safe environment, is usually no harm to either participant.

3) Denial is usually dangerous.

4) Denial causes some parents to ignore their responsibilities regarding educating their children about sex.

5) Denial causes some religious nut job parents to lay head and guilt trips on their children, ignoring the fact that in Biblical times, 13 year olds were considered adults, and ready to start a family. Those very same religious nut cases ignore the fact that in their very own religion, the age of ascension is 13.

6) Denial, in the end, results in most children going out on their own, learning about sex in the streets, and experimenting with sex in unsafe ways.

Conclusion:

We live in a sick and twisted society that prescribes anything that "feels good" to be evil, and anything that involves pain to be good. The old "spare the rod, spoil the child" philosophy. A society that ignores or denies their responsibilities, then cries foul when their children come up pregnant, deseased or dead as a result of the lack of education regarding sex. A society that REALLY needs to WAKE UP!!!!!

Remember folks, if you don't teach your kids about sex, SOMEONE ELSE WILL!!!
