kay Shinnston, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 May 31, 2012 This story is wrong. David Taylor did go to Law School, but as far as I know he hasn't been able to pass the Bar Exam. He cannot be called an Upshur County Attorney if he isn't a practicing Attorney.
