I believe the individual Counties who reject this Legislation and are forced to participate against their wills will file lawsuits against the Constitutionality of this. The Citizens of Towns have little to benefit from this TSPLOST compared to the payout and I believe the Citizens will reject this. With traffic clogged Forsyth and Hall counties voting for this and forcing Towns to participate. This is wrong, and there are already congressmen from Cobb County in the General Assembly trying to derail this on Constitutional grounds. Think about it, If a County voted NO, then they should not have to participate. This has proved to me that our Representatives of Towns are Tax and Spend for their support of this Legislation.
