The shareholders also have rights. If the stock tumbles, blame the bigots.

Although the Accounting equation does state Assets = Liabilities + O/E, it also asks CEO’s to make sure the books are kept well. This means a pure clean Balance Sheet! Perhaps a looksy could be taken into that Balance Sheet and we can all work from there?

Shareholders have the right to know about the Balance Sheet as well as any public information the company is putting out.

If said anti-gay information is true, and I have not confirmed that it is, but if it is true, how many GLBT will be selling their shares and then taking up short positions? Just a Question and NOT a suggestion. I am allowed to ask questions.

H&R Block ALREADY varies its practices for EVERY SINGLE STATE AND some territories.
