Jay Rich, Prosecutor Elite

We need to get this clown out of office ASAP. He is costing us more than any other prosecutor and he couldn't even get a guilty verdict for Tabitha Raines' murderer. Now he is showing favoritism to the county Coroner's son who admitted to molesting children. He used to be a basketball player for the high school and was fairly good but not near as good as HE thought he was. He seems to be giving the same impression about his political career. TIPTON NEEDS A NEW PROSECUTOR!!!!!!!!

Same here we need a new prosecutor! He should have found Aaron Nichols guilty!! Guilty Guilty!! It should have never been dragged out this long! Money talks when your being supported by a family thats sad! Truth is Truth and thats the way it should always be! I guess some people just don't want to stand up for whats morally and legally right!! NEED a NEW Prosecutor!! Concerned Tipton County resident!

1. Jay Rich is an excellent prosecutor. He isn't the only one with any of the information or power, so laying guilt on him for all of the action or inaction in any case is wrong. That is like saying that your Republican President is responsible for the decisions the Democratically run Congress makes on YOUR behalf... only the ones that don't work, of course.(misinformation all the way around)
2. Mr. Rich did EXACTLY what was moral and ethical when he had the venue changed to another county because there was a conflict of interest in Tipton County and knowing the Nichols family.(something you guys left out on purpose or ignorance?)
Why don't you keep misinforming people and keep putting the blame on the wrong people, so nothing will ever get fixed correctly... like what is going on with our country and economy right now. Are Americans really that ignorant?

Dear Misinformed:
Do you have an unsolved Homicide case under the jurisdiction of Jay Rich today?
Have you lost your 16 year old daughter to the hands of Violent Criminals, who still walk the streets of Indiana today, freely to prey on another families loved one?

If You think so highly of and stand by Jay Rich so faithfully, then shouldn't you too be concerned with the number of cases in his jurisdiction that he is completely unable to solve. Doesn't this number concern you at all?

Perhaps you yourself have been fortunate to be on the receiving end of Justice through Jay Rich, but what do you have to say for the families that were not so fortunate? The Number of Unsolved Homicide cases in Indiana are astounding, which means there are an astounding number of Violent Criminals walking the streets freely to harm again.
Supporters of Jay Rich, I personally ask of you to voice your thoughts on this topic. And to the Families who stand today with unsolved homicide cases in Jay Rich's jurisdiction, I ask you to post your Loved Ones case here to bring awareness to the community in hopes that enough people standing up will bring attention to this Epidemic.

There is Power in Numbers and these Loved Ones need to have a voice to speak for them, now that their God Given Right To Life Has Been Taken Away.

Tabitha Raines was brutally Murdered in Tipton
County Indiana. Her body was found 10-5-02, in the Cicero Creek in Tipton City Park.
It has been 6 long years now, and her case remains an Unsolved Homicide today.
The Family is Offering a Cash Reward to anyone with information leading to the Arrest and Conviction of Tabitha's Murder.
The Family Pleads with anyone who has information to please come forward and go to the authorities. Please help bring answers so desperately needed. Someone Knows!

Jay Rich waited 357 days to finally recuse himself from the Aaron Nichols case, when he could have done that far sooner. He was doing everything he could to delay things and make the victims families give up. He lied to more than one of the families. Crucial evidence "mysteriously" disappeared. Every child in Tipton County deserves a better prosecutor than Jay Rich.
