Actually, no charges have been filed against her husband, the one who pulled the trigger...

Now she cries..for herself! She needs to take responsiblity and apologize for what she did to that poor man's family. He didn't deserve that no matter what. She is a rat!

Tracy must not have been that scared of her husband, if she was bold in enough to have Devin park right outside her house and make out. HELLO your husband, who your so afraid of and has a bad temper, can come home any moment. Is not like he went out of town, he drove about 25 mins to a friend's house to play cards. Devin who was married as well and had children of his own, should have not gone to her house, hell should not have been messing around period and knowing her husband could come home at any moment. Lust didn't lets neither one of them think of the consequenses. However I heard the 911 tapes and both her husband and her should be locked up. Come on think about it the windows are up, husband see lover kissing his wife for 21 years breast, he gets his gun and starts shooting without saying **** then comes around her side and tells her get out the car, she is so afraid, blood on her and to save her life she yells out rape.

FORT WORTH -- The 911 call Tracy Roberson placed the night Devin LaSalle was killed in front of her family's south Arlington home captured the frantic moments that followed the shooting in December 2006.

On the recording, Darrell Roberson voice can be heard in the background repeating, "Why you do me like that?"

"He was trying to rape me!" Tracy Roberson said, referring to LaSalle, a 32-year-old father of three from New Orleans. Prosecutors believe the 37-year-old woman lied to police and her husband about being raped to cover the affair she had been having with LaSalle for more than two months. The 911 call put a dramatic end to a morning of testimony during the first day of Tracy Roberson's manslaughter trial. The case is before state District Judge Louis Sturns.

"Why you do me like that?" Darrell Roberson asked again.

"He was trying to rape me. Look at my bath water, look at me Darrell. Look at me. There my bath water is, right there," Tracy Roberson said, referring to the filled tub inside their home on Ivy Glen Drive.

Tracy Roberson then focused on the 911 operator who was asking what was going on.

"A man came to the door, pulled me out of the house and was trying to rape me," she told the operator. Meanwhile Darrell Roberson continued to yell at his wife in the background. Tracy Roberson told the 911 operator that her husband didn't believe her.

"Ma'am, can you send the police?" Tracy Roberson asked the operator.

"I have, but I need a statement from you," the operator replied.

"My husband drug me in the house and was trying to fight me," Tracy Roberson said.

As the operator pressed for information, Tracy Roberson sounded confused. When asked for a description of her attacker, she responded with "Huh?" or by saying she didn't know details such as the color of LaSalle's pickup truck.

I am a woman and totally disgusted by this woman and her defense. Why is it that this women is being portrayed as an abused wife? When she arrives to the courthouse hand in hand with her so called abusive husband? This woman is a liar and a manipulator. If she was so concerned about her life and the lives of her three daughters she would not have called this man to her home in the middle of the night. She is selfish; only concerned about her own feelings and gratification. She has met the LaSalle children, how can she expect to go home to see her kides when they will never see their father. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. You reap what you sew and now its time that this woman do the honarble thing and take responsiblity for actions. Show her children and the world that she is truly sorry and will suffer the consequences of her actions. Enough is Enough Mrs. Roberson no more!

I think she should get the max with no parole the guy that she caused the death of isn't getting paroled from the grave is he????

they both got what they had coming to them.. she goes to jail and the man in the truck goes 6ft under. make the next man think .. lol

i can't believe that the time she got was only just 5 years. My goodness and the husband didn't get any time at all. in a way i believe the husband knew his wife was cheating but never caught her until then. by her being so afraid of her husband she gave up her freedom for him to continue to walk as a free man for a crime he committed.

She deserves way more than 5 if I am on the jury, she manipulated her husband to murder that man!
