If she couldn't feed these horses why didn't she give them away instead of letting them starve. I hear the day after the sheriff and vet went to her property she listed the horses for sale of trade on Craigslist . Shame on her. Also I checked Craigslist and yes they are listed. Also listed is hay for sale for 80.00 on Craigslist so don't tell me you couldn't find hay . Maybe if you didn't spend your money on booze and such. You would have money for hay.
