Hey Lady if you read your post it sounds like it was a set up!!! "my daughter went through hell just to catch him. he did this to catch him and keep him from hurting anybody else. Believe me this took a great toll on her and our family." What did she do to catch him and What were ya'll aware of from the state police that everyone else was not aware of? I was also young at this time and it was made CLEAR very CLEAR by my parents that I was to stop for NO BLUE LIGHTS. MAKE them follow me ALL the way HOME!!!!! Maybe you should have told your own that. EVERYONE in the county and surrounding counties knew about the blue light rapist and GUESS what there were some that happened last summer but those girls were smart enough to go SOME PLACE SAFE!!!! So please enlighten us on what she did to catch him and what exactly you were aware of! Sounds to me like you fell in with the (CREW) that wanted to put him away. Did you get some money for planting DNA or saying it was him? Seriously if the girls were blindfolded and drove somewhere do you really think they can give an honest description of the place? Oh and how can they tell how far he drove them? He might have just drove in circles and they could have been in a house close to where he picked them up!! I can go on and on but I won't! You will NEVER make me believe that he done it and I am not a family member or a friend! To "I remember", thank you--- this is something that never goes away. And to the complete idiot "tell me", you are basically saying that it was MY fault that I was kidnapped and raped by ROBERT TODD BURMINGHAM-- if you werent a total moron, you would realize that he kidnapped me in lonoke county, which is approx. 90 miles from where he trolled for his other victims. DNA don't lie! The people that is saying he didn't do it, if he ever gets out let him stay at your house. Hope you don't have any young daughters, one the young ladies he raped was 16.

I do not personally know any victims or Todd or his family, but I was living in the area at the time and kept up with the facts of the case, released to the public and some insight as to what Perry Casey told some folks. I do know for a fact that Todd and Noel Perry Casey were real close buddies, and that Perry lived in that house, that Frank, Todds dad owned. Todd and Perry were both taken in, for DNA samples, at the same time. One folder was labeled K1 and the other K2, the 1st to test was K1 and that was Perry, Todds results were to be K2, but when results came back Todd was K1 and Perry was K2. Perry was shorter than Todd, with a hairy chest and back. One day before Todd was arrested, Perry took all furniture and any identifiable items out of the house, put it in one big pile and set it on fire. There were also reports of a Blue Light Rapist in Memphis at that time, as well, and Perry went to Memphis alot, in fact, he even took his blazier there and set it on fire. Todd and Perry painted Todd's white car blue and sold it to a local woman, and the FBI came to her and scraped paint off and seen the white and they took the car. My heart goes out to the victims and their families, this shouldn't happen to anyone. I was not there so I can not honestly say if Todd was guilty or not, I'd like to believe he wasn't, but if he wasn't he had to know about it since Perry Casey was such a close buddy to him, I do believe 100% that Perry Casey was the main party. The Blue Light Rapist in Memphis,did not stop when they arrested Todd, and that is where Perry went to. You can find Perry's obit on Stevens Funeral Home website(i think). He ended up in a car wreck that left him as a vegetable and later died. I never knew of Andy Miller to hang with them, but I do know he has been in trouble years ago, for raping a baby with an instrument, so I wouldn't doubt it. In my own OPINION, I don't believe Todd was the rapist, I think it was Perry. However, I don't see how Todd could not have known what was going on, as close as them 2 were, and if he knew it was happening, and did nothing about it or turn them in, then he is just as guilty.
