Cottrellville Township is a place of peace where homosexuals and criminals are welcomed.
Just because you are a homosexual doesn't mean I and everyone else in Cottrellville Township won't welcome you. It's common knowledge that the Cottrellville Township Supervisor has a son who is homosexual.
And just because you are a criminal doesn't mean your crimes will be noticed here in Cottrellville Township. We never convict people of violating ordinances, even after they have been officially cited by Building Inspectors. And we do not have a law enforcement contract signed with any local authority such as the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department.
While it's true that one of Tom Raymond's sons is a homosexual, and another of Tom Raymond's sons is a "Pagan" as a religion, it does NOT mean that everyone in Cottrellville Township welcomes people like that!
Let me tell you three facts:
* 90% of Cottrellville Township residents do NOT welcome homosexuals
* 90% of Cottrellville Township residents do NOT welcome Pagans
* 90% of Cottrellville Township residents do NOT want Blight
* 90% of Cottrellville Township residents do NOT want Noise Nuisance
90% of Cottrellville Township residents have been SCREAMING for a law enforcement contract to be signed with local authorities ever since Tom Raymond became supervisor of the township five years ago.
But the supervisor Tom Raymond and the planning commission chair Patricia Runyon choose to listen to the 10% of the crowd making all the noise saying "We don't want our taxes raised."
The reason Tom Raymond and Pat Runyon do this is because they are part of the 10% of the crowd who are cheapskates and violators of the law!
In reality, Tom Raymond doesn't want his taxes raised because he has no ability to manage finances. This is proven by the fact that Tom Raymond is currently having his wages GARNISHED by TWO debt collection agencies!
Proof of this can be found by looking at the public information available in the St. Clair County Court Dockets website located here: http://www.stclaircounty.org/DCS/search.aspx
Then, type in the following two Case ID:
And we all know the 10% of the people who don't want Cottrellville Township to sign a contract with law enforcement are the ones who are criminals breaking the law! That's why there are 82 (yes, EIGHTY-TWO) cases of BLIGHT in Cottrellville Township!
Georgia Phelan and Pat Phelan need to WAKE UP and realize that no matter where you come from, the only way INTO Marine City means going THROUGH Cottrellville Township. You cannot make it into Marine City to visit without passing through ugly Cottrellville first!
Cottrellville Township is the most blight-filled place there is!
