Well if this is all about who has the most or best proof, Tom could/would have shown his proof when he was busted last year and this case would be over now. And if that was the legitimate grow/sale of "medical marijuana" last year that he and Brett were busted for I guess that makes Brett a pharmacist since he was "dispensing" it. LOL

I'm confused. Are you all saying that he was not growing thousands of pounds of pot and selling it for thousands of dollars per pound profit? Because if that is true I'm not seeing how he could have been doing that legally. And if he was doing that legally then there is something that needs to be changed because I voted for some sick patients to be able to use marijuana for medicinal reasons. I don't remember anything in that prop. allowing private citizens to grow thousands of pounds of pot, sell it, and collect hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits.
You are probably confused because you believe everything the cops say. they constantly exagurate the wieght and number of plants that they are siezing. Nothing about pot prohibition makes sense so you are probably not alone in your confusion. In Carters case I believe the official count was 170 plants last year and 29 plants this year that were determined NOT to be Carters.

If you come from the place where you believe nothing any law enforcement says then of course this man did nothing wrong. And Donna you are you are too smart for such a stupid question. It's not like this guy is Eddie with 20,000 plants on the side of the road. All I'm asking is if it is true that this guy was moving thousands of pounds of pot making hundreds of thousands in profit what could his defense be?

170 plants for personal use? This guy must have a serious medical problem.
Bwahahahahahahaha
It is obvious that this guy has been involved in illegal sales activities for a long time. The DEA doesn't get involved with light weights.
Must be a good friend of Donna's or a relative perhaps? Or she is just trying to make the sheriff look bad during the election. Dirty politics at it's worst.

if the pot isn't able to be tracked to a legit retail outlet then he is in trouble, but that's not the case here, EVERYTHING about this case reeks of set-up, and we all know who's behind it and what the motive is.
As I understand it part of the charges involve money laundering. Even if this pot was going to a "legit retail outlet" then he would still have to justify the hundreds of thousands in profit. That is if he was moving thousnds of pounds pot and if he was selling it to a "legit retail outlet".

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Capricorn

If you need to get someone organized, this is the day to do it. You'll sort things out without sounding bossy or patronizing, and you'll also get co-operation instead of resistance. It's a good day for having a serious chat with a child, perhaps because you need to explain something and want to make sure you do it properly, in a way that doesn't create confusion or fear.
