Donation Secures Location For SPCA

Does anyone know how many spays and neuters $800,000 and $6 to $8 million dollars could pay for if donated to a low cost spay/neuter program in our area. That would greatly decrease the overpopulation and dumping problem, and decrease the number of animals animal control will have to pick up, which may allow them to hold animals longer.
