looks like it was going on for quite awhile, why didnt the girl say something after the first kiss, make me wonder about her intentions, dont get me wrong the guy should of know better but this one dosent sound like foricble rape etc, looks like she willing met with him, but the whole story isn't here so I guess we wait and see

I agree with you! What a creep. Also, the girl should be in counseling to help through this time. Hope this is not too late for her to avoid being totally messed up in her future life.

Why didn't the girl come forward earlier....sounds consenual to me. Not right by any means (she is a minor), but consenual. She "broke it off", which screams "relationship" to me. Sounds like she came forward because he wasn't accepting the break up. I think consequences are needed for all involved - everyone needs to take responsibility for their actions.

I new this bus driver and the teenage girl and the man seemed to be a pretty nice person but you never know what lies beneath that face. The girl would flirt alot with him and with other teachers around also with many guys in school. So in a way its her fault to. But defenetly it both of their faoults. Well hopefully she graduates without having to put up with her classmates that know everything.
