Rick and Sherry I know that the hurt you feel now is unbearable but it will get easier it will never leave you but it will get easier. You had a beautiful little boy, his smile is infectious. please except my deepest sympathy. As I read different paper clips about cornbread I can't help but to think of all the happy and funny moments that Rick shared while on the show. With love and sympathy Ruthie Wiggins (monroeville, al)

Okay yes this is a sad and unfortunate thing, but here we go again not learning anything about POOL safety and children. When you opt to put a pool at your home you need to put a complete fence around the entire perimeter of the pool with a locked entrance gate, and key has to be kept out of reach of children. This applies to above and inground pools. The back door to the back yard should not have direct access to the pool, if so then the back door needs to stay locked at all times pool season is over. A sign needs to be placed or a piece furniture in front of that door so no one uses it as an entrance nor an exit. GET WITH IT PEOPLE, this would have never happened at around 7:00 pm, if everyone knew where everyone was in the house, especially a 2 year old, he was 2 he needed constant supervision. Mom can obviously not keep up with 5 kids and all their where-abouts on her own. I hate be cruel, but I am honest in saying stop having kids if you cannot keep up with them!!!!!! This business with be fruitful and multiply doesn't mean have so many that you cannot take care of them. I don't think God meant for us to have a classroom full of children in our living room every night. BE RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!!!!! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!! Like everyone says, pertaining to GOD, there are no accidents. There is cause and effect..... you do something that causing the effect, we are repeating the same cause and effect and not learning a thing.

Who do you think you are condemning anyone for anything. God in Heaven knew what He was doing when he called that little boy, Bronner, home to be with Him. It makes no difference in the world how Bronner's death occurred. It could very well have been a leaking toilet and faulty floor wiring to set the house aflame. There is NO ONE to blame especially not the mother or any family member. Accidents happen and only God knows why and how. This is a tragedy in the life of a family. They are in mourning and will suffer loss for all the days that they live. Their baby is gone. So if your concern is pool safety then why don't you instead post an ad for FREE pool safety checks and instruction, instead of pointing fingers and laying blame. A mother of one child can just as easily suffer this same tragedy as anyone else. I will pray for you and hope that while you read this you know EXACTLY where your children are and EXACTLY what they are doing! Shame on You!!!!!!!!!
