Joseph K. Brennan, 19, of 2481 Upper Middle Creek road in Pigeon Forge, was charged July 18 with simple possession, evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving and reckless endangerment. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Michael J. Broadwell, 38, of 231 Gray Slate Circle in Sevierville, was charged July 18 with possession of a schedule III substance. He was released on $25,000 bond.
