my name is alonzo mosher there are man yreports out there but i wanted to say that there was never a gun found at the sceen of the crime an the police had just check my house for a gun an one was never found so how do u explain that an the person who hit me is not charged wit anything also she hit me from behide after me an her nephow was in a a fist fight her an her family cam back around orner an hit me then told police i was shooting.

First of all you should be charged for Lack of intelligence which is clearly displayed through your spelling and the butchering of The English language. And A women kicked your ass so You should also be charged with the sissy pansy gansta wannabee offense which is mandatory eviction from the street you sorry loser. Actually you sir should be disciplined for your lack of knowledge of a situation and handing out false pretenses to an innocent man. A woman never "kicked his ass", she actually almost killed him by hitting him with her car at about 40 MPH. It's extremely ignorant of you to accuse this man of being a trouble maker or a "gangsta" with out any true information of the case. He is a very bright and enthusiastic man with a realtors license!!

he was in a fist fight earlier in the day and it wasnt in the middle of the road. but what does him fighting have to do with his business skills or career. everyone does things on their own time that are considered wrong or controversial but that doesnt take away from the type of businessmen they are. you dont even know the circumstances of the fight to say that he is a bad person or was in the wrong. and actually i do know a little bit about what happen seeing as i was there....

I have no crimal record at all the person who i got into a fight wit is a repeat offender who was shooting in the park in 2005 but got 6mths for that an possi The man turnd around an said i was looking at him an hit me an ran away. There have been some interesting developments in the trial. One on them has been allegations of prosecurial misconduct that has gone to the United States Justice Department. Another also involves the prosecution and a certain investigator employed by the prosecution. Seems that the proscutor should've disclosed to the defense the personal history folder of one of her investigators, of several incidents that occurred during his "career" with the Schenectady Police Department. Since he and his friend Amy have signed up to receive new "blogs" they should take note that this matter is far from over and outside governmental intervention is required.

He was a former Schenectady Police Order whose personal history folder as a former Schenectady Police Officer would make not only interesting reading but complicate the integrity of the prosecution. There is an interesting unintended outcome in this matter. This is not an issue of corruption, it is one of malfeasance and dependence upon an investigation performed by the Schenectady Police Department that has risen to the US Dept of Justice. It is also about a young African-American trying to play by the rules, as best as he could and in the culture he is in being confronted by proscurial misconduct based upon the use of the Schenectady Police Department. In the past the Governor directed that the NY State Police help and monitor the Schenectady Police Drpartment. At the minimum it will be a career ending for many persons involved in the original thread of this blog. There are indications that Spike Lee may be interested in making a screenplay out of this mess. My view is get a broom and just remove the rubbish. Why demorialize a City built for a population of 100K and housing half of that capactity? One thing quite probable, this story will eventually be broken by the major media, like Sixty Minutes, suince one of the commentators is already aware of this matter.

It's pretty sad that you have this young man convicted and considered a gansta just because he can't spell as well as you or has perfect grammar. Some people are given better opportunties and/or more educational options.This young man happens to be a decent guy who found himself caught up in a situation caused by circumstance and the enviroment in which he was in. Not everyone who is a bad speller, black and from Hamilton Hill are ganstas.
