Inmate Killed in Sacramento Main Jail Fall

Jail out of control wrote: What happened to "innocent before proven quilty". He hadn't even been arraigned yet - just had had a "social visit" possibly with his family and was distraught. Do any of you have any facts?? I generally agree that people are guilty who are arrested, but after being in law enforcement for 40 years have also seen 16 year old girls accuse men of things they haven't done. It would be "she said - he said". Noone wants a child molester around and I would want to see them died if they harmed my grandchildren - but where is the evidence? I'm more concerned about the number of "suicides" that occur in the Sacramento County Jail. Lt. Twoomy, past commander at the jail, testified in another suicide that the jail deputies are using gestapo tactics and are out of control. Google suicides for the jail and you'll open your eyes. Someone needs to bring order in this jail.

He was big and mighty when he took advantage of a child....His big and mighty attitude split once he had to deal with adults....where he wasnt gauranteed the win!!!Too bad that he was weak enough to have no self control with his sexual urges...or his will to live....

Someone needs to bring order in this jail. YES! there is innocent untill proven guilty! BUT HE WAS GUILTY!!! I KNOW!!!! AND DO U KNOW WHAT SHE WASNT !^ SHE GOT MOLESTED FROM AGE 10 to AGE 12 AND SHE DIDNT WANT TO GO TO THE POLICE HER MUM MADE HER AND SHE HAD TO TELL HER WHOLE FAMILY ALSO THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME NOR THE FIRST PERSON AT THE TIME I WAS 9 AND I REALLY BELIEVE IF HE HAD GOTTEN OFF HE WOULD HAVE COME FOR ME NEXT SO SHUT UP!!!!!!
