Is the same with any subculture, wheter your hip-hop, gothic, metal head, anything has their good and bad representations of it.

See what happens when you don't go to school or don't learn anything at school --- you make up your own definitions for words (i.e. family); you scrawl on walls like cavemen (grafitti); you hang out and hunt in packs for safety (gang); you gather things for your own benefit (steal); mark your territory like wild animals (wes sac); etc., etc., etc.

I was once told one of the main initiation rights for being a jughead (or what ever you are) is you are required to $hit in your pants and wear them for a whole seven days before taking them off. No baths or nothing you have to walk around smelling really rotten and stinky for seven days.

Yeah that's true man. Juggalos gotta prooove themselves that their no shit gonna go between us ya dig? It's sad...Most fans of groups and artists on Psychopathic Records create their own stereotypes. I totally understand the philosophy behind the Dark Carnival metaphor, and it's a really brilliant approach with a great message...In fact, it's made me respect ICP and has opened my eyes to be more open-minded when looking at the message behind songs of any kind.

I just don't understand why so many false 'juggalos' pollute the group's message by commiting petty crimes and how they can lead lives of such dishonesty and deciet.

The real juggalos are not the kids who parade around preaching about 'the family' while stealing Masters of Horror DVDs from Walmart. I'm sorry, but I refuse to give the shirt off my back to someone who would stab it without hesitation the moment I turned around.

ICP's message serves as a cautionary tale about living a good, honest, life and, even, finding religion and salvation in your own way. Maybe it's hard to decipher this message from all the cursing and gore, but if you read between the lines it's not that hard.

The fact of the matter is, ICP presents parallel ideas. They display the worst, hoping that you will recognize it and steer clear of it. They take the horrible nature of life and society and reflect it for us to see and become aware of.

Those are the members of the family I'd stand up for, the real juggalos, not the ones who are hypocritical social degenerates who preach acceptance while setting themselves blantly apart. Being and individual doesn't mean causing anarachy. It means, be yourself. Don't be the polar opposite of what society wants for the sake of being so.

Listen to the music, and find the truth in the message; live a good, honest life, find salvation and pull yourself up out of the darkness.
