Elk Grove man details in court alleged beating by deputies

I would like to know if there are others out there that Elk Grove police used excessive force on.....or used force without needing to. My sons were mistreated by the police (one had to go to the hospital) and were arrested with charges later being dropped (after they spent more than one night in jail)because they were totally innocent. Is this something the Elk Grove police do to innocent people and continue to get away with it? I would like to hear from you at norcalgal045@yahoo.com

You are a terrible parent and believe your two puke sons were innocent. That is the first problem with your post. Second no one is just contacted by the Police for no reason. Your puke sons were doing something wrong and it was bad enough Officers felt they had to arrest them.

Maybe you should look inward and seek professional help to find out why you are such a bad parent and your children did some horrible deed to get arrested.

If your going to post something like this you need to tell the entire story. Why were your puke sons arrested and what were the charges. Why did you not know where they were and what does the report say. you just say the Police mistreated your stupid sons, HOW and WHY? you need to find out the whole story before you become a Police basher.

I am not a Police advocate but when I see a stupid comment such as yours with no details at all but a stupid ranting and raving about the Police with nothing to back it, it sounds to me you never even received the truth from your sons or whole story. you are suppose to be in control of your sons and you are responsible for what happens to them.

You as a parent are held responsible for your thug children's actions. You failed them and I believe the Police department should charge you some sort of fee.

It is obvious the apple does not fall very far from the tree in your family. Sounds like a criminal (YOU) are raising criminals too.

Dude, learn how to write and please check your work. Not what your mom said last night

I do have the facts correct about my sons incident with the Elk Grove Police Department. My boys are 22 yrs old and I do not need to know where they are at all times. They have never been in trouble with the law. It a matter of them being at the wrong place at the wrong time. The police happened to be cruising the parking lot of the sports bar when my sons and their friend were leaving.....one son had no alcohol, he was the driver (being the responsible boys they are). The police say my one son (remember they are identical twins) hanging on his brother in a joking way, the cops stopped their car, got out and accused them of fighting. One son was thrown down by a cop, handcuffed then punched in the face (while on the ground handcuffed) until he was knocked unconscence. Charges on all three boys were resisting arrest, assult on police officer and drunk in public. 8 cops cars showed up because patrons from the sports bar came out and some were throwing bottles at the officers because of them beating on my son. Charges were dropped on two of the boys the next day after spending the night in jail for the first time......my son has at least 20 hand written statements from people who witnessed this incident and he is currently fighting it in court.
I origionally posted this in January because I was told that this is common for Elk Grove PD. I would like to know if others have had something like this happen to them in Elk Grove.

I also must stress that they did not resist arrest, did not assult an officer in no way and even the breathalizer proved my one son had no alcohol but was still taken to jail. The other son had to be taken to the hospital. The on taken to the hospital made the mistake of trying to explain to the officers that the two of them were not fighting...

No priors on any of the three boys.

Can i guess? was the name: Jason Kearsing involved? Were the boys minorities? Kearsing murdered a father of 6 last year by beating him to death and shot Lamar Alexander in the back. Years before that he shot another black man in the back who was trying to call 911 cause officer kearsing attacked him. He also has many complaints of doing serious body harm when it could have been a simple arrest of just leaving. At least 6 other young men that I know of. You will be hearing more of Kearsing in the news, monsters don't stop. I wonder why he has so many of the good Elk Grove police officers scared to testify the truth? What does he hold on them that they will lie for him?

Any bets the Punisher IS Jason Kearsing?
Elk Grove City Council NEEDS to rid of this guy. I know for a fact this is Jason's MO. This brute force Power hungry dude with a badge needs to get his a## kicked without the badge to beat first, ask questions, then cover up your actions later. Elk Grove Citizens ALL WATCH OUT. btw rumor has it that EG got these rampant cops from Sac Sheriff because they were problematic.

Good Luck! The city council is run by coppers. Maybe the citizens of Elk Grove should be at Lake Natoma this Saturday protesting Kearsing at his kayak racing event.

There are many that have been abused by Kearsing and his gang, it's a shame for all the great elk grove cops out there.

Come on Kearsing, show us how brave you are and admit you are the Punisher and it was you playing judge with our kids instead of doing your job. Where have you been getting the roids jason? what gym do u work out at? Is it fun to play punisher? Did your daddy punish you a little too much? is this how you are dealing with it?

Most people become cops to help the community and do some good, but it appears that Kearsing (punisher) became a cop to cover up his being abused as a child.

wow, kearsing is a great cop. so many people hate him because he brings justice. hey heres an idea, maybe people shouldnt break the law??
