I wonder when someone will do something like this regarding judges at all levels who a) know certain bench officers, court officials, mediators and appointees are violating laws and harming the public, but b) are not doing anything about it.

If you go to the main search page and type in
"State auditor threatens to subpoena" big red letters come up indicating this article is no longer available. I've never seen that message for an article this recent. What's up IJ?

Anytime an article is unflattering to the Marin Court System or the District Attorney, just to name a few, the article winds up in the archive section. Now, perhaps the IJ is doing this to generate income, as they do offer the opportunity to access their archives if you subscribe.

Whenever there is a topic I am interested in and find it archived, I am generally able to search Google and find either a cached version or a similar article in a different publication.

As for the current status of what amounts to obstruction of justice by Kim Turner, I notice on the Marin Superior Court a notice posted 5/6/2010 advising persons who have been involved in a Family Law case in Marin County of the possibility of their file being selected for review by the audit committee (why didn't they post this sooner?) http://www.marincourt.org/data/hpnews/54.pdf
Anyway, I guess this is a good sign and hopefully means Marin has run out of options to prevent this audit from potentially exposing the truth.

Other articles that were quickly swept off to the archives include the James Raphael Mitchell murder of Danielle Keller and the Richard Leroy Carlson murder of Eleanor Carlson. Both of these cases involve ongoing domestic violence and research suggests the Marin District Attorney's Office did not review related DV complaints in a timely manner. Quotations in the original IJ articles by District Attorney Ed Berberian are "no comment".

I've noticed a pattern too. What I am curious to know is, is there a particular judge that is friends with Gary Klein, or is it Turner, or does the IJ engage in self-censorship. This yellow journalism is bad for democracy

This yet another US kangaroo court, but Marin court is especially notorious and they are convinced they can do anything they want to anyone, and get away with it - as I discovered. I called them on their obvious extortion scam (which might have been a lame attempt to recover the $1 million they embezzled) and after 11 months of ruining my life, suspending my license as a retaliation, repeatedly sending the local police to my door to threaten me, they realized that I wont budge. Kim Turner called me in a panicked voice and tried to entice me to stop by saying the court will drop everything, cancel the license suspension, etc. - amazingly it was just to get me to stop following up on it as she never did anything to correct the court's stupid extortion-motivated actions until it was escalated to the point that my local police in started wondering what the hell is going on in Marin - nothing will give me my life back for the 11 months of time and money these whores (Kim Turner, Jeanne Mann, and the other pimps and whores that work there did to us) -Interestingly the gang is ALL ashkenazis over there, including their shysters)

Here we are years later - I'm a retired federal agent and I'm still seeing the same issues with the Family Court. Gloria WU submitted a recommendation to the Judicial Officer more than a week prior to the court date (which is fine), yet her office refused to review a statement I submitted a week prior to the court date. I reviewed her "findings", and as a professional investigator, found it overwhelmingly biased. She accepted statements from a third party, my former spouse, but refused to include mine, why would that be? I was living near, and had continued contact with both parents and the child the entire time. It's a child custody case (my granddaughter). Marin County is notorious in the federal law enforcement arena as being politically motivated (locally), with these "femme fatal" woman on a quest to castrate as many men (guilty to any degree, or not), as they can. Speaking with several county appointed counselors in the past, I have been told that this "movement" is described as a "pendulum shift", whereas men had their "castle", and have been in charge, and that this shift, not being natural, but forced (oh, force?), is being made politically to "obfuscate" males who have even the slightest inclination to be "alphas".

The severe penalties to the male, as part of this pendulum shift, in the majority of these cases, which are, by any means necessary, deemed "domestic violence", are not even spoken about in the beginning of the case. After the case is over, you'll find that you have federal limitations on your Constitutional rights. I've seen thousands of cases that the most simple "domestic violence" conviction - by simple I mean that there is no physical contact, no weapon of any sort involved - and in the end, there is a loss of 2nd Amendment "Right to Bear Arms". It's gone and gone forever.

So, all you "alphas" out there, you know, the ones that have protected the country, kept the women and children safe from the taliban, mow the lawn and help out around the house - whenever you talk about this "issue", remember that if you disagree with "them" then you'll be called names. Well, just remember that this pendulum shift will turn back again as soon as the women find out that they really don't have what it takes to "fight the bear". It's easy to be in control when everything has already been "secured"...but never bite the hand that feeds you...in the end you wind up in the cold, hungry and fearful - and the government will be broke (soon) and you'll have no one to turn to. Call it kismet - LOL
