In 2009, Bob Wiles, 80, pleaded no contest to the Memorial Day 2006 shooting of his great-grandaughter's mother, Kimberly McNeal.

Now there has been another shooting in Richmond Dale. The charge is exactly the same. Wonder what the court's decision will be this time?
