A New Sheriff for Robertson County

I want to encourage everyone in Robertson County to be registered to vote and vote for a new sheriff in August. Vote Jim Hyde. We MUST get a new sheriff administration in office to protect all the citizens of the county! Crime is on the rise and right now we do not have a sheriff's department that is willing and able to put a stop to some of the horrible things going on here. Remember you can make a difference, vote! If you have been a victim of crime then you know first hand how badly the county needs the change, if you have not yet been a victim..........well, I just hope it doesn't happen to you under the current administration.

Obviously the citizens of Robertson County are content with the high lever corruption in their community. They proved that with their vote yesterday! I have never seen any group of people more afraid of change! What reason would these people want an elderly sheriff, elderly commisioners and other known corrupt people to continue to be their voice in their home towns? It is outrageous that in Robertson County in almost every government office there are more family members working in them than not. Why would the citizens, in general, want their county being run like it is a privatly owned family business. This county needs change badly and I would strongly caution anyone considering a move to the area.

I happen to think they are doing a wonderful job! and as for the crime, it isn't just in Robertson county, Crime is on the rise everywhere. I think it is today's people that are to blame not one man (the sherrif) SO stop judging and move somewhere you approve the the government!

Instead of complaining about local LE, why not work with them? The laws of the land continue to give more rights to criminals and less rights to victims and our local sheriffs' hands are tied! I work with a small sheriff's department in Oregon and I am floored about what they are no longer to do to fight crime! It is EVERYWHERE! Please get involved with your local government, attend your county commissioner meetings and voice your concerns with them. And ask your local law enforcement how you can help them put the bad guys behind bars! Believe me, I've done this and we'be been working together to fight some major dope problems in my town.

yes, Robertson co. needs a new sheriff, that is true,, so why don't all of the citizens of the county get together and elect a new one. I think that the county need a lot of new officials myself, because it has been like this for a long time, and it is time for the people of the county to step up and face the truth about what is going on in that county and make it right, and a better place to live. If you are a victim of crime there and you are not known to the ones that are running that town or county, you are shit out of luck.. I happen to know people in that county that are victim of crime and are not getting anything done about, you better count your lucky stars that it doesn't happen to you because then you will see what I'm talking about..it just isn't right as a citizen of any county to be igorned the way some families have been treated up there... so if you live in robertson co, and you want to survive a crime you better get on the band wagon and help elected a new sheriff, and also new officials in the city and county...victim of crime in robertson co..........

so that's your idea for people to move if they don't like the government?i thought as a citizen you had the right to disagree with elected officials and use free speech but what your saying is if you don't like it ,then move, i hope and prey that you never hold public office because it would be bad on people that disagreed with you.

My minerals were stolen in Robertson County millions of dollars " i was threatened with jail whenever i tried to defend myself.

I will have to agree that they are all corrupt for example things taken into evidence somehow come up missing when time to return them to there owners but the underpaid sheriffs seem to be doing better than an average hard working american

we have a new sheriff in bill holt and he is doing a good job.sheriff holt done away with a lot of waste at the sheriffs office in getting rid of a captain who couldnt keep his hands off the ladys.the henderson gang is down to one i belive unless stanly slithered his way back in since he is afraid to leave home for fear of seeing someone he abused or lied on and falsely sent to prison.people have to give sheriff holt time to clean out some more garbage at the jail.but all in all the sheriffs office has inproved.give the new sheriff time.P.S. now all you henderson lovers can cuss me out for dogging out that gang.
