IVANPAH -- To describe the solar towers rising out of the desert at BrightSource Energy's Ivanpah solar project, you have to use words that go beyond big -- huge, colossal, mammoth.

You're talking about SCE and PG&E here, publically traded utilities. The "right" thing for them is the lowest cost of generated electricity from any source.
