So the authorities there are mad because they didn't get any? If they put more effort into getting a life and less into destroying lives, they might get laid.

This is part of being human. I in no way suggest either of the two should be punished.

IMHO, they need to spend more time minding themselves and correcting their own. Being humans themselves, they are just as prone to making mistakes as any one of us however, their mistakes, for the most part, are kept secret and we are lead to believe they have no faults.
