He has six counts against him, sick pics of children ,putting them in danger, the guy pleaded guilty. He is a pedophile. Sixty years in the pen isn't enough.

The radio said they did, the State does not go on hearsay. He plead guilty, he is a pedo. They have more on him then you think. This kind of felony isn't the kind you just say guilty to protect his buddies, inmates think messing with kids is the lowest of the low. No one wants that put on them.

Actually, he can get twenty years for each count, he has six counts-----do the math.

Yes I can say that the people that hung out with him after he had the massive charges placed against him are no better. I'm sorry, but if I know a man has been charge with 6 counts of kiddi porn - I'm not hanging around guy, drinking with him, partying with him...I wouldn't even be able to stand the site of him! PERIOD! Oh and by the way, I'm sure he is very good with little kids and I'm sure little kids do love him, as he slips them lollipops and seduces them into his busted up van! Are you kidding me? Oh and FYI these were extremely serious charges and he pleaded "GUILTY"!!! Enough said...

If anyone knows anyone that is as guilty at this guy being charged, turn them in. Why? To keep children from being hurt. From reading this forum, a lot of abuse is going on and we need to stop it.

LINCOLN, Neb.(AP)- A 21-year-old Falls City man has pleaded guilty to six counts of possession of child pornography.

Attorney General Jon Bruning announced Wednesday that the man, Noah Hall, pleaded guilty to six counts, each a Class III felony.

Sentencing is set for March 20 in Richardson County District Court.

Bruning says Hall downloaded sexually explicit images of children being victimized. He says the crime not only violates the law, but also perpetuates the damage done by revictimizing each child involved.

Each of the counts carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.

The plea stemmed from an investigation by the Attorney General's Office Rural Cybercrimes Unit. Authorities found several sexually explicit images of children on Hall's computer.

We need to stop this abuse of children. If you know of anyone doing this , turn them in! If this guy had friends watching this filth , turn them in! They could be going after your child next.

You know he wasnt even 21 when he got caught they just wait til his 21st bday. so they can say he was 21. i find that bullshit. if he looked a 16-17 year olds well ya he should go to jail. but the computer works both ways. the 16-17 year old girls should not be posting or sending it to him. so how i see it is the girls should go to jail too.
