As a convicted felon there should not have been any guns in the household. The charges of possession of a firearm and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony should be upheld in court irregardless of who the actual gun owner was at the time of the shooting. You are absolutely correct that he is innocent until proven guilty. But, I tend to believe that his story of trying to intervene when Wayne shot himself (multiple times) is not true and apparently the evidence at the scene and upon further investigation does not support his story. Therefore the murder charges were entered upon this man. Mr. Pullen will have his day in court and his attorney will have to defend him and I wonder if his story will remain the same or will it have changed in any way. The sheriff's office and prosecutor will have to be Wayne's voice since he did not survive the events of that evening. So you and your family had better prepare yourselves for a conviction on the firearm charges and hopefully the first degree murder charges!!
