1ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT: Three considered for judgeship
Three candidates are in the running to fill a judge vacancy in the south metro. Assistant Dakota County Attorney Ann Offerman, Assistant U.S. Attorney Chris Wilton and attorney Arlene Perkkio are being considered for the 1st Judicial District seat, which serves seven counties including Dakota County.
