I know this case personally and am very concerned that despite the fact that the police had ample opportunity to catch this man,they waited until he was no longer visible to the public to begin their search. Both the city police and sherriff dept. were given very good leads to catch him and waited until over a month later to pulicize it . Larry could be anywhere now, because he was given the chance to leave.
