I would certainly check with the appropriate personnel before making that statement. You "may" or "may not" be doing your homework. And if we don't see a full page ad in the PDN showing his diploma - then maybe you might assume - he "may" or "may not" be eligible to apply for a teacher's aide position. Do your homework and ask those who know.
